You must be passionate about training and leading a staff to create outstanding food. We are seeking candidates who choose high standards as a personal and professional way to grow in their career and life. What we need from you: 1 – 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service, high volume kitchen Effective communication skills Able to be an instinctive leader. Continually coach, train and mentor staff.
